Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. You can pay in cash when your order arrives. Before we dispatch a COD order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it.
How do I know my order was placed?
You'll receive an order confirmation by email or SMS right after checkout. You can also see your order status by logging in to your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel before the order is dispatched. Just email or call us with your order number. Once it has shipped, please use our Return Policy instead.
How does the Bundle & Save offer work?
Choose the "Buy 2" option on a product page (or add any 2 or more items to your cart) and 5% off is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Where do you deliver?
We ship across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery to your area.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. See Shipping Info for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email or SMS.
Returns & Refunds
What if my toy arrives damaged or not working?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Return Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI.

Which age is a toy suitable for?
Every product page lists the recommended age. You can also shop by age from our homepage. Some toys have small parts. Always follow the age guidance and supervise young children during play.
Do the toys need batteries?
It depends on the toy. Battery and charging details are listed in each product's description.

Do you take bulk or return-gift orders?
